Hours of Operation:

The Kaplan Clinic is open Mondays through Thursdays from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and Fridays from 8:00 am to 12:00 noon

Physician-appointment times, on Mondays through Thursdays, begin at 8:20 am and end at 4:30 pm. On Fridays, the first physician-appointment time is at 8:20 am, and the last is at 11:40 am.

Phone Calls:

The Clinic staff respond directly to phone calls on Mondays through Thursdays, between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm. On Fridays, the Clinic staff responds directly to calls between 8:30 am and 12:00 noon

You may telephone the Clinic at any other time, and leave a voice message. Non-emergency calls will be answered when the office reopens. Emergency calls will be received by the on-call physician and handled expeditiously.
